apple puree


choose the red color ones..not the green sour apples!


Recipee:
I use 2 red apples (taste it first to make sure it's not sour), and this makes into 150ml (2 big cubes and 1 small cube)

1. wash, peel the skin, chop/dice and throw the seeds
2. boil in water (the water just enough to cover the apples) until tender
3. set aside the apples (but don't throw away the water)
4. blend the apples together with 2tbsp of water (taken from the previous boiled water)
5. put in ice cube
